Full-auto custom video production for LNRadio

How Syslien fully automated the video production of the LNMatin morning show

At Syslien, we help media companies modernize their workflows by developing tailored technical solutions.
For LNRadio, part of the IPM group, we designed a complete video automation system dedicated to the LNMatin morning show, enabling fully autonomous production, both live and on replay.

Fully automated video directing

The solution is built around an engine for intelligent camera shot automation.
The system analyzes in real time who is speaking and where they are positioned in the studio, then automatically selects the most relevant camera shot.

The microphone detection can interface with any Livewire audio equipment, as well as devices such as the RAMI IMV600, ensuring maximum compatibility with existing radio infrastructures.

Synchronization with Zetta radio automation

To ensure perfect consistency between the audio feed and the video directing, the entire system is driven by the Zetta radio automation.
Graphics, lower thirds, transitions and state changes are all triggered automatically based on the station’s schedule.

No need to treat audio and video as separate worlds anymore: everything is synchronized in real time, without human intervention.

Dedicated modes for specific segments

Some shows or segments require specific behavior.
For LNRadio, we implemented dedicated modes, such as the one used for Le Café Sans Filtre, enabling:

  • automatic triggering of the segment,
  • custom graphics and branding,
  • adapted transitions,
  • fully autonomous video directing.

Each format gets its own pace, without needing manual setup every time it goes on air.

100% autonomous live and replay

Thanks to this full-auto solution, the LNMatin morning show is now broadcast live and in video replay without any human intervention.
The directing instantly adapts to the dynamics of the show, delivering a smooth, modern and professional experience to the audience.
